From this cookbook you can choose recipes that can make an excellent meal in a jiffy. It's fast, it's easy and it's good. The ingredients are also easily obtained.

One of the best fast meal type cookbooks out there. The recipes are interesting, but easy to put together -- the ingredients are readily available, and they WORK (unlike Donna Hay books!). It's sad that the magazine no longer exists -- it was a very clever and convenient concept (I wish I owned all the issues), but this at least captures some of those recipes. Hope they come out with more -- the recipes produced since Sarah Carey became editor have been particularly good.

This cookbook is fantastic if you are looking for dishes that a bit sophisticated yet simple. Most recipes have a limited number of ingredients, most should be in any well stocked pantry - dead easy and a winner! Try the turkey meat balls w/ past - fantastic!
