The Art of Aging? Rather, the art of the obvious.
Belabor the obvious [exercise, eat well, care for others, have relationships etc.] and then fill most of the book with inspiring case histories. Well, they inspire him anyway. Do i sound snide? Well, i was hoping for some actual insight.
Worth browsing for quotes tho.
