Excellent lay explanation of the workings of anti-depressants and other common drugs such as coffee, sugar and nicotine on the body. I'll recommend it.

This book pretty much hit the nail on the head for me. I really recommend it for anyone who is addicted to sugar or "white" carbs, it's very helpful and is a "wake-up call".
