Another customer requested this book so I thought I would try it out.

The recipes were all good but the bread chapter was most interesting. I think the pumpkin bread would be one to try.

It's just so basic and nothing that hasn't been seen a million times before. I was expecting more.

I guess it could be helpful for beginners...

But as the other commenter said on the egg substitute issue. There are so many that could be used and not all work in each recipe. More direction would have been helpful.

Though I disagree on the vegan substitutes. Sometimes, vegan options for those things are nice. But really, a vegan mac and cheese that just states vegan cheese, flour, milk, and macaroni is highly disappointing.
