Not for children. Frankly, not for most adults either. Take a pass.

Picture books are not just for 3-5 year olds, lots of other readers enjoy picture books. But every picture book should be appropriate for 3-5 year olds! This book is disgusting and should not be within reach children

Gggggeeeees !
I read this book myself and what could the author have been thinking about to come up with a story like this ???????????
You have got to be crazy to have it on display in a library.

Quite repulsive. If you want a genuinely unsettling picture book, this might be right up your alley.
