This is an amazing book, as someone who is border line OCD it was a huge eye opener. It talks about multiple aspects, not just washing and checking. It's not a huge amount of knowledge but for someone who doesn't know where to turn this short book is definitely a god send.

This book is always available in the PlaneTree Health Information Center @ Cupertino Library. CB 410 T 2012

Excellent. A concise, organized and practical overview of a diagnosis. Includes strategies for how to deal with it in a business or school situation, personally, along with multiple resources and references - - all in one little book.
