This is a ridiculous little book that claims to present "opposing viewpoints" but doesn't. Unless your definition of opposing viewpoints is "left" vs. "insane." To include Noam Chomsky calling America a terrorist country takes the book from the realm of pretentious to silly. To claim that Timothy McVeigh was a right-wing extremist is just plain wrong. Judging the behavior of men in the 7th century or the 11th against modern standards of warfare is historically illiterate. It's shameful that a book like this is intended for a young adult audience that doesn't have the perspective or knowledge to see through it. That makes it perfect for your average Seattleite.
