This book is part of a collection of dangerous rubbish that I read as a young man in search of answers. The list also included Eckart Tolle, James Redfield and numerous other Oprah Bait authors. I didn't find the answers I was looking for in the these books, and I doubt they have any answers to offer. The real travesty is that somebody might think that they do. I will save you the trouble of reading this book. The only worthwhile tidbit is a canned Zen Koan about enlightenment. A man is seeking enlightenment and none of the great master can help him. One day, on a high mountain path he meets a very old man carrying an enormous bundle of firewood many times larger than the man himself. On instinct, our hero asks the man "Sir, how do I achieve enlightenment?" The old man smiles and sets down his load and spreads his arms wide. Our is amazed and then, curious asks, "But Sir, what comes after enlightenment?" The old man smiles and picks his bundle back up and continues on his way. There, now you don't have to read the hog swill pile of rubbish.
